Food Highlights from Our Sunday Lunch (Yes, it was Father’s Day, and yes, it was packed!) Kare-Kare So tender it almost melts in your mouth! Rich, creamy, and full of flavor, with just the right touch of nuttiness—not overpowering at all. Sisig Surprise twist: it was crunchy! We were expecting the usual soft and juicy kind, but this one stayed crispy till the last bite—and we loved it. Perfect with plain rice. Hot Ginger Turmeric Tea Simple, calming, and relaxing. No frills, just that warm feeling that makes you want to order a second cup. Dinakdakan – the ultimate combo of crunchy and creamy in every bite. Pork Sinigang – melt-in-your-mouth tender pork swimming in a perfectly sour broth that tastes like pure nostalgia. Rainy day? This is your hug in a bowl. Sago Gulaman & Dalandan Soda – sweet, refreshing, and guaranteed to quench your thirst. Can’t wait to come back and try the other dishes on the menu! And by the way, the staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Service was top-notch! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel right at home. Polite, quick, and very accommodating. Which one are you craving right now – Dinakdakan, Sinigang, KareKare or Sisig?

G and O offers excellent food at a higher than usual price. Is it worth it? For the taste, a hesitant yes. For the service, a definite no. While the sisig na bangus is one of the best we have had in the city, the service is sluggish at best, negligent at times. The adobo bowl was promising but had two small pieces of pork swallowed by a bowl of rice. Disproportionate. The server forgot my order of coffee! The atmosphere suffers from noise from the nearby activity area of busy megamall. But that was lunch so your experience may be different if you come here on another tome of the day. I hope the servers will be more attentive at that time too.

George and Onnie's food has never disappointed me as of yet. The staff are also very kind. Me and my son usually share a bowl of champorade with longganisa and sometimes share a bowl of tapa instead. Their pricing is on the high side though so we rarely come here unless there is a 50% discount.

Initially we were a bit skeptical of this place given it being a chain, but we enjoyed our first meal so much we came back. The service was friendly and attentive. The food portions were good and we enjoyed the taste of the food too. Enjoyable meals and would recommend.

This is our favorite restaurant in Megamall and I'm glad they are now in SM North. We love the George and Onnie's breakfast which has the best longganisa ever! Must try! Their adobo fried rice bowl is delicious as well. The ube pancakes were not so sweet and comes with an ube in between layers. We have tried quite a number of their menu offerings and always are pleased with their food. Price is on the high side but portions are bigger than usual.
